**Executive Assistant to CEO**

**Location: Colaba, Mumbai**

**Only Females required**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the MD/CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Handle all follow-ups, ensuring timely task completion by team members and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize important documents and records.
- **Personal Support**:

- Assist with personal tasks as required, such as travel arrangements, personal purchases, and errands.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and manage professional correspondence with accuracy and clarity.
- **Technology & Tools**:

- Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create, analyze, and manage documents and reports.
- Leverage technology for efficient task management and communication.
- **Confidentiality & Integrity**:

- Handle all matters with the highest level of honesty and discretion.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal matters.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate from a recognized secretarial college.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of work experience as an assistant or secretary to an MD/CEO in a professional setting.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and English proficiency (both verbal and written).
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A good understanding of modern technology and tools.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Honest, proactive, and adaptable.
- Open to handling both professional and personal tasks.

**Work Environment**:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday (in-office). Saturday requires availability for calls.
- A fast-paced, dynamic environment that values professionalism and efficiency.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
