Sales Representative Fmcg

A salt product sales executive is responsible for the sales and marketing of salt products to customers. They play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, developing sales strategies, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities may include:
1. Developing and implementing a sales plan to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and building strong relationships with them.
3. Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
4. Collaborating with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure timely delivery of products and provide excellent customer service.
5. Delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
6. Negotiating contracts and pricing terms with customers to secure profitable deals.
7. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders using CRM software.
8. Providing regular sales reports, market intelligence, and feedback to management.
9. Participating in trade shows, industry conferences, and other networking events to promote products and expand the customer base.
10. Staying updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and changing customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, o rbusiness-related field (preferred).
2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the salt industry or related field.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.
6. Good understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Ability to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and events as needed.
10. Highly organized with strong time management skills to prioritize sales activities effectively.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
