Sales Representative - FMCG Company

Overview: The Sales Representative is essential in driving revenue and expanding the market for our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company. This role involves fostering strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include promoting and selling products to retailers, distributors, and stakeholders within the assigned territory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve/exceed sales targets by effectively selling FMCG products.
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory, including lead generation and account management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their requirements.
- Gain deep product knowledge to address inquiries and market effectively.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer preferences for growth opportunities.
- Manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales reports and updates to management.
- Skillfully negotiate pricing and agreements while ensuring profitability.
- Participate in promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experiences.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus.
- Sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with strong time management.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
