We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Whitefield and contribute to our growth by driving sales and building client relationships.

**Role Overview**: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, engaging with restaurant clients, and representing Jivarth’s range of organic products in the field. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a keen interest in organic products, even if they do not have extensive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Client Engagement**:

- Visit restaurants and other potential clients in the Whitefield area to promote and sell Jivarth’s organic products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant managers and owners, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate and present our products effectively to secure sales and encourage repeat business.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct outreach and networking.
- Assist in achieving individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and market trends.
- **Reporting and Administration**:

- Provide regular feedback on sales activities and market conditions to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales processes and client accounts as needed.
- **Logistics and Transportation**:

- Utilize a personal bike for local travel to meet clients and conduct sales activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to clients if required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not required. Freshers with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Enthusiasm for sales and a genuine interest in organic products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a reliable bike for local travel.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
