**Job Description: Pre-Sales Associate**
**Languages known - Malayalam / Hindi/ Telugu / Kannada**
**Job Summary**: As a Pre-Sales Associate, you will support the sales team in the pre-sales stage, focusing on lead generation, prospect qualification, and providing essential information to potential customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Qualification**: Assess potential customers' needs to determine suitability for company products/services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of products/services and communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead transition.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or B2C environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and processes is a plus.
- Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
