**Job Summary**:
As a Key Account Manager (KAM) for a SaaS (Software as a Service) model, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company’s most strategic customers. This includes overseeing the end-to-end customer lifecycle from on boarding to retention, driving product adoption, and ensuring clients achieve their desired business outcomes using the SaaS platform. The role demands a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, client needs, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell value-added services while maintaining long-term partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own the relationship acting as the primary point of contact, develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations.
- Encourage platform adoption and usage by regular training and follow ups.
- Ensure that client issues, feedback, and concerns are prioritized and addressed timely
- Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of the SaaS platform, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively manage customer satisfaction to mitigate churn, address issues early, and resolve challenges quickly.
- Strong follow-up on the collection and due payments.
**Experience Required**:
- 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven success managing high-value accounts and building long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients.
- Drive product adoption, upselling, and cross-selling SaaS solutions.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
- Consultative selling approach with a focus on value creation and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
**Salary Range**: ₹4 - 4.5 LPA (based on skills and experience)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
