Key Account Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and maximize profits.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, and various marketing channels.
- **Cold Calling & Lead Generation**: Initiate conversations with prospects, nurture leads, and turn them into long-term clients.
- **Deal Closures**: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including negotiation of terms and contracts.
- **NDA & Contract Preparation**: Draft, review, and finalize Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other client-related contracts.
- **Relationship Building**: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage client retention strategies.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- **Proposal Development**: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, design, and development to deliver client expectations and achieve business goals.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition within digital marketing or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in drafting and handling NDAs and client contracts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to resolve client issues, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
