Urgent Hiring Accountant Administrator
Location Andheri Lokhandwala
Qualification: Graduations
2-3 years accounting experience
Salary 15-30k per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting entries.
- Manage invoicing and collections.
- Manage bank & vendor reconciliations.
- Manage closing of books of accounts.
- Handle accounts receivables and accounts payable for clients.
- Debtors Ageing Monthly, Stock statement preparation.
- Coordination with relevant senior management authorities for various payment approvals
- Manage petty cash.
- Preparation of Invoices, Debit & Credit Notes.
- Booking & Payments of vendor invoices.
- Fair knowledge of TDS and GST Booking, checking & Payment.
- Manage employee reimbursements across Pan India.
- Provide MIS Reports.
Volume to handle more than 1000 quantum of entries.
- Statutory Payments-Online (PF, PT, ESIC, LWF)
- Bank Coordination for operations
- Team Coordination
Administration job, follow up with clients and vendors for invoices and payments
Excellent English Communicational skills is a must
