The AVP Sales will have a diverse range of responsibilities that encompass both strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Some of the key duties include:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Outreach sales plan to achieve annual revenue targets. This includes identifying target markets and establishing key accounts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The AVP Sales will serve as the primary point of contact for important clients, working alongside customer success to nurture existing relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective lead-generation campaigns. This involves aligning sales and marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly. The VP of Sales will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, conducting market research, and staying abreast of industry developments to ensure the organization remains competitive.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within the SaaS industry. A sales track record from an HR Tech background will be an added advantage.
- A proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional closing abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
