**Position: Sales & BD Executive (B2B) for an edtech company at Mumbai**

Qualifications Required: Degree in any discipline, MBA preferred

Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in Business Development/sales(B2B), preferably in the edtech industry.

Other skills required: Should be proficient in MS Office and have good English communications skills.

Job Responsibility: To generate business by assisting in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of our product, generating leads, and retaining customers. Specific duties are:

- Describing products, its features and benefits to potential clients
- Cold calling schools to organise taster workshops
- Organising all logístical aspects of the workshops
- Managing and leading the relationships with schools
- Maintaining the contacts database
- Calling warm leads (generated from digital marketing campaigns and other offline strategies)
- Attending sales meetings with founders
- Identifying new opportunities to encourage customer engagement
- Support in creating proposals
- Identifying new customers
- Developing new customer acquisition strategies
- Willingness to travel to schools when needed
- Should have your own laptop

Type of organisation: An alternative pedagogical platform where children can express their creative ideas in a constructive way, and are free to be themselves and to make connections and global networks. The product is a programme is supported by an app that guides them through their journey in the form of live virtual classes and fun challenges.

Type of engagement**:Full time, permanent, hybrid: mainly work-from home, with Weekly review sessions at office, and client visits as required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
