Territory Sales Executive

**Product Knowledge and Expertise**: Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the company's dermatology products, their features, benefits, and how they compare to competitors' offerings.
**Customer Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, dermatologists, dermatology clinics, and other key stakeholders.
**New Business Development**: Identifying and prospecting for new clients, dermatology clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions to expand the company's customer base.
**Market Research and Analysis**: Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights for product improvement and sales strategies.
**Sales Strategy Execution**: Implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to promote dermatology products, such as conducting product demonstrations, organizing events, and participating in conferences.
**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**: Regularly updating sales reports, providing accurate sales forecasts, and communicating progress toward targets to the sales manager and other relevant stakeholders.
**Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs**): Meeting KPIs related to sales calls, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other performance metrics.
**Training and Development**: Continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and self-development initiatives.
**Compliance and Ethics**: Ensuring all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
**Feedback and Collaboration**: Providing feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights and collaborating with them to improve product offerings.
**Customer Service and Support**: Assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
