- Coordinating with vendors for various office needs.
- Managing dispatches, invoices, and quotations.
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
