About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent organizational abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Project Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reports, and document management.
  • Process Optimization: Proactively identify areas for improvement within administrative and operational processes. Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance.
  • Project Management Support: Assist the Project Manager with project coordination tasks, such as tracking deadlines, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • HR Support: Assist with various HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Office Management: Maintain office organization, order supplies, and coordinate facilities maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative, operations, or HR support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
