Job Overview

The US Night Shift Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including Staffing, Accounting, Finance, and HR.

This position requires an individual with experience in handling employee queries and working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain efficient operations during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations during the night shift, coordinating with HR, finance, and accounting teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Employee Query Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR, payroll, timesheets, benefits, and other operational matters. Ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the HR, Accounting, and Finance teams to support operational tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, employee benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Staffing Operations (Nice to Have): Assist with staffing operations, including coordinating onboarding/offboarding, managing timesheets, and liaising with the recruitment team for ongoing staffing needs.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee interactions, operational tasks, and staffing activities. Provide reports to management on night shift operations.
  • Issue Escalation & Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues during the night shift. Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in the current processes and work with relevant teams to implement operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably within the staffing, HR, or finance domain.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee queries effectively.
  • Experience in staffing operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with payroll and financial operations is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
