Overview

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring operational efficiency, effective communication, and a positive employee experience.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of administrative experience and a Bachelor's degree or MBA. A willingness to take on challenging tasks, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the office, including facilities management, housekeeping, and security.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company, staff, and building management, providing information and answering questions.
  • Coordinate company-wide event management activities and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Investigate and procure office equipment, build relationships with vendors, and track travel arrangements.
  • Support the Manager in performance of administrative tasks and suggest actions to improve the work environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree/MBA

• Experience: 1-3 years in Admin

Nice to Have

  • Willingness to take up a challenging role and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
