Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office at CapTalent HR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized office environment
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Handle HR functions, such as payroll management, employee records maintenance, and benefits administration
- Support the management team in various tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Team management and leadership abilities
- Experience in HR functions, such as payroll and benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
