Operations and Administrative Coordinator

The Operations and Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple departments, including Staffing, Accounting, Finance, and HR. This individual will oversee and manage day-to-day operations during the night shift, coordinating with internal teams to maintain efficient workflows. Key responsibilities include employee query handling, collaboration with cross-functional teams, staffing operations, documentation and reporting, and issue escalation and resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably within the staffing, HR, or finance domain.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee queries effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems is desirable.
- Familiarity with payroll and financial operations is a plus.
