We are offering a competitive salary of ₹250,000 - ₹350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, focusing on organizational tasks and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Managing filing and record-keeping systems for efficient information retrieval
  • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Supporting marketing activities by coordinating events and campaigns
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication to maintain effective relationships

To excel in this role, you will possess excellent administrative skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the Tambaram area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
