About Our Client:

Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting is a leading Manufacturing Conglomerate seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to optimize workflow and minimize redundancy.
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative team, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Coordinate and communicate with department heads to understand their administrative needs.
  • Streamline administrative processes and systems to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, expenses, and purchasing activities to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle employee-related administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A graduate with 8-13 years experience in handling Admin/ Housekeeping/ Facilities function from Hotel industry.
  • Proven experience in a senior administrative role.
  • Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Professional certifications in administration or related areas are a plus.
