**About the Role**
The **Office Admin **will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment, contributing to the overall productivity of the team. The Office Admin will report directly to the Administration and Procurement Manager and will assist in various administrative tasks to support the company’s operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administration**
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the office is always well-stocked and organized.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics for company events and meetings.
- Manage the filing, storage, and retrieval of company documents, ensuring that records are organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Support the Administration and Procurement Manager in managing vendor relationships and processing purchase orders.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office, working with internal staff and maintenance service providers.
- Act as coordinator to schedule and manage office drivers and vehicles
- Works closely with other departments and support other colleagues as needed
- Manage corporate subscriptions for courier and taxi services
- Act as the custodian and manage petty cash based on existing guidelines
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining office equipment, including troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating repairs as necessary.
- Coordinate with printers, couriers, and other suppliers of external services.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
