Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Proficiency**: Manage our POS restaurant and billing software, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- **System Management**: Connect new systems and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Perform periodic software updates and maintenance.
- **Network & Connectivity**: Solve connectivity and network issues, ensuring stable internet and intranet connections throughout the restaurant.
- **Facility Management**: Ensure all electrical systems, including electricity and AC, are operational. Coordinate with maintenance services for timely repairs and upgrades.
- **Support Restaurant Operations**: Assist in maintaining smooth restaurant operations by supporting staff and addressing any operational challenges that arise.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong technical knowledge, especially in managing POS systems and billing software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve connectivity and network issues.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience handling restaurant operations is a bonus.
