**Solutions Consultant**
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to assist sales and account management team in acquiring new customers and grow value from existing customers respectively. Strong understanding of sales and marketing process is essential. Ability to connect dots and take creative leap of faith is important. Should have the passion to explore new stuff.
**Responsibilities**
- Help generate solutions to maximize the impact of prospect and clients’ digital initiatives.
- Prepare or assist in strategy & pitch presentations, approach notes, scope of work and proposal documents.
- Come up with innovative concepts and value proposition.
- Work closely with the delivery organization and build and maintain a repository of capabilities, credentials and case studies that can be used to boost the chances of winning the pitches.
- Assist sales and account management team in closing opportunities by providing required support across the sales lifecycle.
NOTE: This is not a Business Development or lead generation role. Inside sales activity is out of scope. This role requires you to demonstrate the ability to connect dots and arrive at concrete and compelling solutions.
**Requirements and skills**
- 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in a MarTech product or service company.
- Solid understanding of MarTech domain across the areas of marketing automation, campaign management, digital and data analytics, digital experience and how they can be applied to maximize business value. Hands on experience is not needed.
- Being able to conceptualize new solutions by staying abreast of developments in the digital and MarTech industries.
- Good documentation skills, specifically on Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
