1. Technical Sales Support:
Provide technical expertise to sales teams to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations trials and proofofconcepts.
Develop and deliver technical presentations proposals and RFP responses.
2. Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and pain points.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
3. Solution Development:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions.
Conduct site visits assessments and analysis to identify customer needs.
4. Proposal Development:
Develop compelling proposals RFP responses and tender submissions.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proposal alignment with customer needs.
5. Product Knowledge:
Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products and services.
Provide feedback to product development teams on customer requirements.
Experience: 10+ Years Location: T Nagar, Chennai. Requirements: - 5 years of experience in the slimming, health, and wellness industry - Proven track record of success in sales and team management - Excellent commercial acumen and business skills - Strong leadership and communication skills - In-depth knowledge of diet principles and sales techniques - Ability to conduct workshops and events to drive sales - Proven ability to meet targets and metrics - Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer and employee issues - High ethical standards and ability to comply with regulations - Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (e.g. Nutrition, Business, Healthcare)
