**Responsibilities & duties**:

- Plan and maintain MD’s calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organize and set agendas and action points for all his meetings.
- Act as ‘follow-up Manager’ across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.
- Book transport and accommodation as and when required.
- Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, off-site when required and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points.
- Provide general administrative support & have steady experience as an office coordinator.
- Accountable and committed to the task at hand with integrity & honesty.
- An ability to manage time and workload efficiently.
- Willing to learn new things &do whatever it takes to get the job done.

**Educational Qualification**:
Graduate from a secretarial college.

**Requirement**:

- **EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS.**:

- Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
- Good command over English & Communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.
- Should have 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or secretary to the MD of a company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
