* Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need for ups killing depending on the Startup requirement area of interest. responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

**Skills Required**:

- Must have hands on Experience at Portals like Up work, Freelancer, Fiver,Guru etc.
- Researching & Connecting with Set no. of professionals (prospective Startups) each day, Generating & Maintaining the leads/database /CRM.
- Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need for ups killing depending on the Startup requirement area of interest.
- Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrollment target.
- Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve.
- outreaching through LinkedIn
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Interacting with clients to understand the requirements.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

**Schedule**:

- Fixed shift
