Job Description:

CloudifyApps is looking for an experienced and proactive Upwork bidder who can effectively identify and win projects on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through consistent bidding and proposal submissions, closely following up with clients, and ensuring successful project acquisitions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for relevant project opportunities on Upwork
  • Draft tailored proposals and submit bids in alignment with client requirements
  • Communicate professionally with prospective clients, providing clear insights into our services and solutions
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure we deliver on client expectations and scope
  • Maintain detailed records of bids, ongoing negotiations, and closed deals
  • Achieve target project acquisitions on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Keep up to date with Upwork trends, algorithms, and platform updates


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork bidder, with a strong history of successful project wins
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create persuasive, custom proposals
  • Knowledge of web development, mobile app development, or software solutions is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for securing new business opportunities
