Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Upwork Bidder & Business Development Specialist with extensive knowledge of website and app development to join our team. This is a target-based role, requiring flexibility to work across different time zones to engage with our primary foreign client base. The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years of IT experience, a successful track record on Upwork, and the ability to write precise, technically sound proposals.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and bid on high-value website and app development projects on Upwork, creating tailored proposals that resonate with international clients.
- Develop and submit detailed, technology-focused bids, showcasing our capabilities in website and app development.
- Effectively engage with potential clients in different time zones, ensuring timely communication and alignment with project needs.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure proposals reflect accurate timelines, technology, and methodologies.
- Track and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, with regular follow-ups to meet monthly project acquisition targets.
- Analyze industry trends on Upwork, refining bidding strategies to enhance success rates.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry with hands-on knowledge of website and app development.
- Demonstrated success in securing projects on Upwork with a focus on foreign clients.
- Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to align with various time zones and meet client demands.
- Offline interview required, with a test on writing technologically accurate bids.
