**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and generating reports as required.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow and address any administrative issues or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Freshers are welcomed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
