- Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, letters, and reports.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Input and update data in various databases and systems.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- **Support to Management**:

- Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Conduct research as requested by management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and stakeholders.
- **Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks**:

- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
