Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing documents.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and ensuring timely responses.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.

Maintain office supplies inventory and placed orders when necessary.

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and managing petty cash.

Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

**Requirements**:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.

**Salary**:
The salary for this position ranges from 12,000 to 15,000 INR per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Language_ Hindi & English are Mandatory.
