**Position: Admin Assistant**

**Location: Iskon Crossroad Ahmedabad**

**Qualification: Any Graduate**

**Experience: 2 to 3 Years**

**Gender: Female**

**Office time: 10:00 to 06:30 PM**

**Working days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off)**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**-Answers and direct phone calls**

**-Organize and schedule appointments**

**-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports**

**-Develop and maintain a filing system**

**-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers**

**-Maintain contact lists**

**-Submit and reconcile expense reports**

**-Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers**

**-Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, copying.**

**-Assist with organizing company events and special projects**

**-Assist in resolving any administrative problems**

**-Assist in the preparation and organization of documents**

**-Assist in the vehicle tracking system.**

**-Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role**

**-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures**

**-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)**

**-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work**

**-Excellent written and verbal communication skills**

**-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task**

**High School diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus;**

**Professional discretion; and the ability to handle confidential information**

**Ability to operate standard office equipment**

**Knowledge of office management systems and procedures**

**Outstanding organizational and time management skills**
