**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.

- Accurately input and maintain data in our internal systems.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and corrections as needed.
- **Coordination**:

- Facilitate communication and coordination between the front office and other internal departments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other relevant documentation.
- Generate reports as required and assist in data analysis.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist in handling customer queries and concerns through effective communication.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of efficient workflows.
- Suggest and implement strategies to enhance overall back-office efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in back-office or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling data entry and basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with back-office tools and systems.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
