Help Desk Operator

1. Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments. 2. Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest or respective departments. 3. Provides information about services to guests. 4. Assists in reporting service complaints and problems to respective departments. 5. To be fully aware of and adhere of health and safety, fire and bomb threat procedures. 6. Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone. 7. Reactive Calls - Customer contact to establish and record problem details and issue of Works Order id and priority, ensuring information placed on the computer system, agreeing new priorities or delays with supervisors and liaising with customers. Updating any revised details into system. Generation of second WO with priority as required. Calling retained specialized contractors for reactive work as required.
