Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Help Desk Engineer located in Pune. As a Help Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, offering help desk support, assisting with printer support, and managing computer hardware. You will also perform system administration tasks, including hardware and software installation, and support unified communications and network cabling.
