Position: Travel Help Desk Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Travel Help Desk Executive/Administration.

his role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop itineraries**:Create detailed travel itineraries for employees, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities, ensuring all travel arrangements align with company policies and guidelines.

**Online ticket booking**:Utilize online platforms and tools to book tickets for flights, trains, rental cars, and other travel-related services. Coordinate with employees to ensure their travel preferences and requirements are met.

**Cooperate with various travel agencies**:Establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies, negotiate competitive rates, and liaise with them to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Stay updated with industry trends, new destinations, and travel options.

**Schedule travel operations**: Manage and coordinate travel logistics, including arranging visas, travel insurance, and necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures while optimizing cost-effectiveness and convenience.

**Administration**: Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, organizing meetings, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining travel records and databases. Assist with general office management duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in travel management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected travel disruptions.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office management procedures.
