Inbound Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical products and services.
- Demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge of the company's offerings to provide customers with relevant and accurate information.
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that increase revenue and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and other promotional materials.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product developments and sales techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Participate in trade shows and other events to generate leads and promote the company's products and services.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with product developments and sales techniques.
- Ability to travel occasionally to attend trade shows and other events.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
