**Job Location**: Aundh (Pune)

**Joining**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinating with customers and internal team for AMC support and after sales service.
- Co-ordinating with customers and internal team for Battery requirement. - Preparing and sending offers/quotations for AMC, Battery, Inverter, Rental of UPS and Batteries, Buyback of UPS/Battery/Inverter, as required.
- Follow-up on offers/quotations sent.
- Making Order Execution Forms (OEF) against Purchase Order received, acknowledging received POs
- Follow-up with customers for due payments and keeping record of due payments.
- Preparing AMC Invoices, AMC Template
- Database generation of AMC contracts/agreements with customer & Vertiv
- Database PM plan updation
- Co-ordinating with Vertiv team for AMC support.
- Preparing and sending daily/monthly reports as and when required by management
- Co-ordinating with Service Engineers for customer inquiries and requirements/ database updation.
- Vendor Registrations
