Thought Minds - is a global leader in providing solutions on LLM and generative AI solutions. We are seeking a **Customer Support Associate** with 2+ years of experience to join our team.
Location : Kochi /remote
**Job Functions**
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by following communication guidelines and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
**Skills needed**:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Experience in resolving customer query by chatbox, mail or by call
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using customer support systems, CRM tools, and ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
