Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include data entry and appointment scheduling, along with providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Accurately enter and maintain records, including but not limited to client information, financial data, and inventory records.
- Verify accuracy of data input and correct errors as necessary.
- Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the CEO.
- Send appointment reminders and confirmations to participants as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels at all times.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on data entry and appointment scheduling preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
