Responsibilities:
- Including running errands, managing calendars, notes
- Acting as a point of contact between the manager & clients
- Screening & directing phone calls & correspondences
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Make travel arrangements
- Minutes of meetings Required
Candidate profile :
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior Experience as an Assistant is an add-on.
