**About the job**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-level administrative support to CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
- Assist in the new business process by connecting with new leads and generate new prospects.
- Support HR in the implementation of policies and procedures, as well as employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
**Qualifications**
- **1-3 years experience in a similar role**:
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point
- Autonomous, reliable and stress resistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Organization & prioritization skills, flexibility in working hours
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
