We are in the business of finding happiness for our customers and society and consequently looking for someone who is jovial, mature, results oriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to succeed in this role
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Working with and supporting the Center Manager and marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquiries and walk-ins and converting them into premium memberships at the Centre
- Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre
- Making outbound calls to members / other enquiry database and offering them matchmaking solutions
- Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members
- Recording all the details of the enquiries in the specified format and entering them into system
- Getting all the statutory ID and qualification proofs from the premium members and storing it safely
- Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted
- Updating the details of follow-up in the system
- Meeting Sales and conversion Targets
- Appearing for periodic evaluations
- Maintaining various reports related to Sales and Accounts
- In case call needs to be escalated, noting details and forwarding it to the seniors
- Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features of our services and converting them to Premium Membership
- Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities
- Coordinating with the service team to smoothly handover converted members.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum Graduate
- Females Only
- Extremely presentable with a pleasing personality
- Fluent in English, Hindi and other local language with a neutral accent
- Minimum 6 months of work experience (preferably from Insurance, or Sales/Service experience from Telecom, Financial & Education sector)
