Position: Online Sales Executive (Junior/Senior)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Actively research and identify potential leads, target markets, and industry trends to generate qualified leads.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to maximize project listings and revenue generation.
- Project Listings: Create compelling project listings on our website, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and attractive presentation to engage potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales, actively pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
- Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

**Requirements**:
Junior Online Sales Executive:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in online sales or customer service roles.
- Strong English writing capabilities with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Senior Online Sales Executive (in addition to the above requirements):

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online sales or related roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and mentor junior sales executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
