Job Title: Support Engineer Trainee (Infrastructure/Service Desk)

**Job Description**:
Provide technical support and maintenance for computer systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

Assist in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and software.

Implement security protocols to protect systems and data integrity.

Monitor network activity to identify and address potential security threats.

Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry regulations.

Assist in cyber forensic investigations and documentation.

Collaborate with senior team members on IT infrastructure and DevOps projects.

Demonstrate proficiency in technical problem-solving.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and end-users to provide support.

Excellent communication with skills like Active listening, empathy, technical proficiency & professionalism (both verbal and written)

Participate in project planning, execution, and documentation.

Document network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems.

Ensure timely resolution of service desk tickets and escalations.

Stay updated emerging technologies and industry trends.

Adhere to organizational policies on information security and data privacy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability.

Display a proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.

Open to work for 24X7 Rotational Shifts

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Training in computer networks, operating systems, security, and IT infrastructure.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Relevant certifications would be a plus.

Should be techno-savvy
