ROLE : SERVICE DESK (Technical Voice Support)
- LOCATION : Pune

JOB DESIGNATION : IT service desk

JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services. Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification : Graduate with 15 years of formal education
- Shift : 24*7
- Location : Pune
- Experience : 1-5 years of Experience in Service Desk
- If experience than must have: Minimum 1 year of Service Desk Technical Support
- Must have experience of Microsoft Outlook 365, Bit Locker & Active Directory, internet issues, bluescreen issues.
- Also must have experience in Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting & VPN Installation
- 5 days working, 2 rotational week off.
- work from office
