**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1: Office Management**:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

Manage relationships with vendors

**2: Communication**:
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

**3: Administrative Support**:
Provide general support to visitors.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Develop and maintain a filing system.

Submit and reconcile expense reports.

**4: Documentation and Data Management**:
Maintain company records, databases, and documentation.

Ensure data accuracy and proper record-keeping.

Manage and update office policies and procedures as needed.

**5: Project Assistance**:
Provide support to various projects as needed.

Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
