Administration Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant is must.
- Previously who has handled Maintenance team/HK.
- Having experience on making travelling Arrangements
- Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Manage and organize company documents and Service Agreements.
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Manage executives' calendars and schedules, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle client inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Job Location: Gifting Happiness Building 1st Floor Film Nagar.
