Office Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will support the daily operations of our construction firm by managing office tasks, assisting with project coordination, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
- Assist in project documentation, including maintaining records of contracts, blueprints, permits, and change orders.
- Track project timelines, communicate deadlines, and support project teams with any administrative needs.
- Prepare, format, and distribute project-related documents and reports.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients, project teams, vendors, and management.
- Organize and distribute regular project updates
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally in the construction or engineering industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
