Job Description: Office Administrator - Adult Hygiene Products
Location: Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar and Surrounding Areas
Experience: Freshers Welcome (Training Provided)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
- Enter and maintain accurate records of customer details, orders, and invoices.
- Organize and manage office files and documentation.
2. Customer Interaction:
- Ensure a friendly and professional experience for all customers.
3. Order Processing and Invoicing:
- Process customer orders and ensure timely invoicing.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order fulfillment and updates.
4. Collections and Follow-Ups:
- Assist in payment collections and follow up on pending invoices.
5. Telephone and Office Management:
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
- Perform general office administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Other: Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
