**WE ARE SEEKING A DILIGENT AND PROACTIVE OFFICE ADMINISTRATION TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN HYDERABAD. THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES AND OTHERS ACTIVITIES. THIS ROLE REQUIRES A DETAIL ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL WITH EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO HANDLE MULTIPLE TASKS EFFICIENTLY.**
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Office Management**:Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office is maintained in an orderly and functional state.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to executive staff and other departments as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval and reference.
- **Communication**: Handle internal and external communications effectively, ensuring timely and clear information flow.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize office events and activities, including team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management position is a plus.
**SKILLS**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of office equipment and software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
